Invictus Investigations Inc. was built on a lifelong passion and a drive for investigative work that provides quality and results. Founder and CEO, Joe Mastromarco, is among the most experienced investigators in the industry with over 30 years’ experience and over 100,000 hours in surveillance. His exceptional skills, along with the proper mindset, is what sets him and his agency apart from the rest. He has dedicated his life to mastering the skills of surveillance and investigations.
The passion and commitment that goes into his agency and his work is what makes him “unconquerable”— the meaning of Invictus. His eye for detail makes him a perfectionist, and he has built the perfect algorithm in order to deliver results, each and every time.
While owning and operating his own agency, he still proudly works extensively in the field in order to continue improving and mastering his skills in investigations and surveillance.

As the pioneer of “Quality & Results” since 1989; he was also one of the only investigators to use HD quality video and documentation in the late 1990’s.
